MEMO provides discounted registration rates for mine operators, registering five or more individuals at once:
5 to 9 paid registrations – 25% off the delegate rate only (excluding membership fee)
10 or more paid registrations – 50% off the delegate rate only (excluding membership fee)

Notes:
- All rates ($) are in Canadian funds (taxes are extra).
- A processing fee of $150 will be applied to all cancelled registrations by September 10th, 2023.
- After September 10, 2023, no refund will be issued for registration fees and social tickets.
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 10, 2023.
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested in writing by email before September 10, 2023 to: registration@cim.org
CIM may photograph or film MEMO attendees, delegates, sponsors and presenters at both the virtual and in-person portions of the conference. By registering, you give CIM permission to use any images in which you appear for marketing or other promotional purposes.
